What is the good word for this October day?

Contentment   ~   is always an attainable state of mind . . . and it is an inexhaustible treasure.

Every day, we are bombarded with messages urging us to acquire more stuff, to give in to every personal indulgence, and to "get all you can get."   But that way of life is foolish folly destined to certain failure.

True contentment in life is possible  only  by knowing your ultimate mission and purpose in life, and then applying your time, talent, and energy to pursue that.  Establish goals and objectives that will stretch you and benefit others.  Then tenaciously invest positive energy with a positive attitude to pursue their fulfillment. Remember that God is the source of everything that matters, and He blesses all who genuinely trust in Him with everything that they need.  Cf. Matthew 6:11  Therefore, learn to be content.  Cf. Philippians 4:11
